LA ADELITA

Named for a woman who is believed to have been the first female soldier, or soldaderas, in the Mexican Revolution. She is considered a symbol of motivation and hope in Mexico and the United States, as the fight for women's rights continues.

This drink has all the good things - coffee, vodka, Cafe Frieda, and orange liqueur. ¡Viva!

RECIPE

1 ½ oz Cafe Frieda Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Foundation Vodka
1 oz orange liqueur
1 oz coffee (espresso is best)
pinch of salt

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Fill ⅔ with ice. Shake for 30 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with coffee beans.
