BULLDOGGER

Named for the signature move of Bill Pickett, a famous Black cowboy. This drink accentuates the sweetness of the whiskey with honey, then passes it across the campfire.

RECIPE

2oz Mixed Blood Whiskey

½ oz Lemon juice

½ oz Bulldogger Syrup*

Garnish with a lemon slice and/or star anise

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain over large ice in a lowball. Garnish with lemon & a star anise.

*Bulldogger Syrup

Boil ⅓ C water & pour over 2 tsp lapsang souchong tea leaves. Steep 5 min. Strain & stir in ⅓ C honey.
